Booking Terms for Rishikesh Corporate Camping Package
Booking Confirmation: A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Once the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation shortly. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival for the tour, activity, or stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 30 days or more before the journey: No deduction from the booking amount.
Cancellations between 15 to 30 days before the journey: A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the booking amount.
Cancellations within 7 days of the journey: 100% of the booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge.
No Show: Refunds will only be issued if you show up with a prior cancellation.
Refund Policy:
Refund Processing: Any applicable refunds will be processed within ten business days through the original payment method. Refunds will follow the cancellation terms.
Verification and Scheduling:
Booking Confirmation: A confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours after successful booking.
Schedule Adjustments: If the preferred time slots are unavailable, alternative options will be provided, and a new confirmation will be sent.
Pre-Confirmation Cancellation: You may cancel your booking before receiving confirmation, and a full refund will be issued.
Additional Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations 3 or more days before the travel date: No cancellation fees.
Cancellations 1 to 3 days before the travel date: A 40% cancellation fee will be applied.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the travel date: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
