Basic Itinerary
Camp Brook Rishikesh - Arrival at Campsite: Upon arrival at the campsite, the usual check-in time starts at noon. You will be warmly welcomed by our staff after a 5-minute walk (50 meters) from the park to the camp. Once you arrive, our camp manager will give you a brief guide on the do's and don'ts during your stay. After that, you will check in to your AC tent/ AC cottage/AC garden hut (whichever you have chosen) and lunch will be served in the dining area. After lunch, you can relax at the campsite or enjoy a walk to the nearby waterfall. In the evening, we have evening snacks, DJ music and a bonfire, which provides a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Snacks will be served around the bonfire, followed by a buffet dinner in the dining area. You will stay overnight at the camp.
7:00 AM – Morning Tea/Coffee: Start your day with a refreshing cup of tea or coffee served at the campsite while enjoying the peaceful morning ambiance.
7:30 AM – Yoga/Meditation Session: Begin the day with a calming yoga or meditation session by the riverside (optional). Breathe in the fresh air and rejuvenate your mind and body.
8:30 AM – Breakfast: A wholesome breakfast will be served in the dining area, including a variety of local and continental options.
- Option 1: River Rafting (Grade I to III Rapids): Experience the thrill of white-water rafting on the Ganga River. The rafting session lasts for around 2–3 hours (depending on the route selected).
- Option 2: Nature Walk: If you prefer a more laid-back activity, take a guided nature walk around the campsite to explore the nearby flora and fauna.
10:00 AM – Departure: After packing up, check out from Camp Brook with wonderful memories of your stay.

- By Air: Camp Brook is almost a distance of 35 km from Dehradun Airport (Jolly Grant Airport). From the airport, you can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite.
- By Train: Yog Nagri railway station is the closest to the campsite; The Camp Brook is approximately 18 km away. Next, after reaching the railway station, you can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite.
- By Road: The Camp Brook is in Neelkanth Raod, Rishikesh. It is 10 km from Laxman Jhula and 60 km from Dehradun.
Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy:
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
