Inclusions

Booking Terms:

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
• Once the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will be refunded 90% of the booking amount, with a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
• For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation via the original payment method.
• Refunds are not applicable in case of no-shows or last-minute cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.

Reschedule Policy:

• Bookings can be rescheduled without any additional charges if requested more than 7 days before the original date.
• Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
• Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
