Basic Itinerary
You will welcome warmly at Camp Crossfire in Rishikesh for a comfortable camping experience. After your arrival you will served a welcome drink and the manager will queue some guidelines about do’s and don’ts at the campsite you may need to follow till your stay. Later, you can explore the campsite and enjoy a stay within a booked accommodated camp or cottage. It will be followed up with a tasty lunch, and as the dawn arrives, you can enjoy snacks, music and a bonfire at the campsite. At night, you can enjoy a delicious dinner with multiple meal choices at the on-site restaurant.
Before you say goodbye from Camp Crossfire, you will be served morning tea or coffee. You can enjoy your last hours before you check out by exploring the campsite or activities like yoga and meditation. At the dining area, you can later enjoy a fresh and healthy cooked breakfast and backpack beautiful memories of unforgettable camping experiences.

How to Reach
- By Air: To reach the campsite, you must first get to Dhera Dun Airport (Jolly Grant Airport). It’s around 52 kilometres from Camp Crossfire. You can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite here quickly via Rishikesh Rd and Nh-7.
- By Train: The nearest railway station is Yog Nagri Railway Station, which is about 37.2 kilometres via Nh-7. You may get a taxi from the station or a local bus to the resort.
- By Road: Camp Crossfire is located on Haridwar Rishikesh Badrinath Rd, Kaudiyala, Shivpuri Range; Uttarakhand (249192). It’s 31.4 km from Laxman Jhula and 74.6 kilometres from Dehradun.
Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy:
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
