Basic Itinerary
On your arrival day, you will soon be served a welcome drink by the resort manager to brief you on some do’s and don’ts. Later, you can enjoy the campsite while exploring before lunch is served. In the evening, you can enjoy quality time with friends, snacks, light music, and a bonfire will fo, low. At night, you can enjoy a delicious dinner and feel relaxed.

- Breakfast: Puri/bhaji/chole, boiled egg/egg bhujia/poha, bread-butter/jam, parantha with pickle, cure and tea/coffee.
- Lunch: Plain/jeera rice, chapati dal/rajma (kadi pakora, rajma, dal makhani, dal tadka), sabji (mix veg or seasonal veggies), salad, raita with dessert (Gulab jamun, kheer or Gajar ka halwa), pickle and papad.
- Snacks Time: Veg pakora/ Maggie/ French fries or cutlets with tea/coffee.
- Dinner: Plain/jeera rice, dal/rajma (kadi pakora, rajma, dal makhani, dal tadka), chapati, dry veggies, salad, raita with dessert (Gulab jamun, kheer or Gajar ka halwa), pickle and papad.

- By Train: Yog Nagri railway station is the closest to the campsite; Kylo Glamping Resort is approximately 27.3 kilometres away via Nh-7. Next, after reaching the railway station, you can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite.
- By Road: The Kylo Glamping Resort is in Kyarki, Rishikesh. It is 22 km from Laxman Jhula and 66.6 kilometres from Dehradun.
Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy:
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
