How to Reach
- By Air: To reach the campsite, you must first get to Dehradun Airport (Jolly Grant Airport). It’s around 29 kilometres from The Nature Valley Camp. You can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite here quickly.
- By Train: The nearest railway station is Yog Nagri Railway Station, which is about 14. 3 kilometres via Nh-7. You may get a taxi from the station or a local bus to the resort.
- By Road: The Nature Valley Camp is located on Rattapani Neelkanth Road, 7 kilometres from Tapovan, Rishikesh-Paliyal Gaon. It’s 6.7 kilometres from Laxman Jhula and 51.6 kilometres from Dehradun.
Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy:
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
