By Air: The most proximate air facility is Jolly Grant Airport which is about 35 km away. Taxis are available for uncomplicated transfer to the site.
By Train: The nearest allotment in the railway network is Rishikesh Railway Station, which is approximately 20 km from the glamping site. Taxis as well as local buses are in service for movement.
By Road: Nature Vault is profited with a street, as it is 20 km off Rishikesh. You can self-drive or take a taxi to partake in the beautiful drive along the lower regions of the Himalayas.
Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy:
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
