Your arrival at The Neelkanth Resort campsite will begin with the usual check-in time in the afternoon. Our courteous staff will give you a warm welcome. After reaching the resort property, you will be briefed on some guidelines (do's and don'ts) that must be followed during your stay at the campsite. Meanwhile, you can enjoy your stay at The Neelkanth Resort by checking-in at the booked AC cottage, and Swiss camp, followed by lunch served at the dining area. Further, you can relax and explore the campsite with beautiful views of nature. As the sun sets and evening approaches, you will be served delicious snacks and at night you can have a healthy dinner. During the meal, you can enjoy good music and bonfire which will make your stay at the resort campsite even more enjoyable.
Your morning will start with the best blend of hot coffee or tea at the campsite, where you can enjoy the sunrise and exotic natural views. With the rising rays of the sun, you can start your day with yoga and meditation sessions at the campsite or by the river. - By Air: The Neelkanth Resort is almost a distance of 35 km from Dehradun Airport (Jolly Grant Airport). From the airport, you can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite.
- By Train: Yog Nagri railway station is the closest to the campsite; The Neelkanth Resortis approximately 18 kilometres away. Next, after reaching the railway station, you can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite.
- By Road: The Neelkanth Resort is in Neelkath Raod, Rishikesh. It is 10 km from Laxman Jhula and 60 km from Dehradun.
Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy:
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
