Basic Itinerary
To have a unique camping experience with amazing hospitality, Pebbles Resort is a beautiful space. The property is designed with AC cottages and rooms. On your day of arrival, you will be greeted by resort-trained staff and served welcome drinks. In a couple of minutes, the manager will attend to you and share some do’s and don’ts you may need to follow at the campsite till the day you stay. As noon knocks at the campsite, you will served a delicious and hot lunch in the camp's in-house restaurant. In the evening you can relax, explore and enjoy your stay at the campsite with music, a bonfire and snacks.
With your backpack on the day you leave, you can breathe beautiful memories at the campsite. In the morning, you will served with a hot cup of tea or coffee. Later, you can explore the campsite and enjoy a yoga retreat session. For breakfast, you will serve delicious meals before you say goodbye to us, and promise to return soon for the fantastic camping experience.

- Welcome Drinks: Tea, coffee, cold drinks and mineral water
- Evening Snacks or Bonfire Snacks: Mix veg pakode, peanut chat/chana chat, papad, salad.
- Morning Breakfast: Aaloo parantha, sabji/poori, toast butter/jam, veg sandwich, omelette, egg bhurji, boiled eggs, poha, vermicelli, curd, pickle, tea/coffee.
- Dinner (Veg and Non-Veg): Chicken dish, paneer dish, dal, chapati, jeera rice, sweet dish (kheer or sewain), mixed salad, papad, pickle.
- Morning/Evening Drinks: Tea and coffee with cookies.

How to Reach
- By Air: To reach the campsite, you must first get to Dhera Dun Airport (Jolly Grant Airport). It’s around 29-30 kilometres from Pebbles Resort. You can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite here quickly.
- By Train: The nearest railway station is Yog Nagri Railway Station, which is about 14.3 kilometers via Nh-7. You may get a taxi from the station or a local bus to the resort.
- By Road: Pebbles Resort is located on Rattapani, Neelkanth Road, Rishikesh. It’s 6 km from Laxman Jhula and 55 kilometres from Dehradun.
Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy:
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
