Your arrival at Camp Aquaterra will be cherished with a welcome drink (nonalcoholic) and sooner attended by staff. The next moment of your visit to the campsite will be taken over the guidance you may need to follow during your stay. After that, you can explore the property and relax in your tent, which a delicious lunch will follow. In the evening you can enjoy games and activities at the campsite with snacks, and light music time. You can enjoy quality time at night with good food (dinner).
On your check-out day, you can start your morning with tea/coffee, gazing at beautiful views of nature. Then you can explore some games, and before you leave, you can enjoy a fresh and delicious breakfast.

- By Train: Yog Nagri railway station is the closest to the campsite; Camp Aquaterra is approximately 31.1 kilometers away via Nh-7. Next, after reaching the railway station, you can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite.
- By Road: The Camp Aquaterra campsite is in Byasi, Rishikesh, Marine Drive. It is 25.3 km from Laxman Jhula and 64.4 kilometers from Dehradun.
Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy:
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
