Basic Itinerary
The day you check in at Camp Eagle Nest would be fun for you. The camp staff will greet you with a welcome drink, and the next couple minutes will be taken to brief you on some do’s and don’ts at the campsite. After that, you can explore the nearby surroundings of the camp property, relax, and enjoy lunch at the camp restaurant. At sunset, you can have games, in-camp activities, and snacks. Later at night, a delicious dinner would be served, and then we could relax and sleep.
Before you check out the campsite, you can start your morning with freshly prepared tea or coffee. Next, after you wake up, you can explore the camping location with beautiful sunny views of nature. This would be followed by a delicious breakfast in the dining area, and then you can grab so many memories before you leave Camp Eagle Nest.

- Lunch: Mix vegetables (seasonal), dal makhani/dal tadka, chapati, jeera rice, pickle, papad, salad, kadi pakora/rajma.
- Dinner: Chapati, jeer rice, rajma masala/dal, seasonal vegetables; mix veg/aalu ghobi, paneer, papad, salad, pickle.

- By Train: Yog Nagri railway station is the closest to the campsite; Camp Eagle Nest is approximately 32.1 kilometres away via Nh-7. Next, after reaching the railway station, you can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite.
- By Road: The Camp Eagle Nest is on Haridwar Badrinath Highway Road, Byasi Rishikesh. It is 25.0 km from Laxman Jhula and 70.0 kilometres from Dehradun.
Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy:
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
