After breakfast, it is time to move on to the main highlight of the trip, which is attending the Holi celebrations. People and even children are in a festive mood. With songs and dances and deep organic colours flying in the air, it reflects the essence of this typical Indian festival of colours. Booking Terms

Booking Confirmation: A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Once the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation shortly. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival for the tour, activity, or stay.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations 30 days or more before the journey: No deduction from the booking amount.

  • Cancellations between 15 to 30 days before the journey: A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the booking amount.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the journey: 100% of the booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge.

  • No Show: Refunds will only be issued if you show up with a prior cancellation.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund Processing: Any applicable refunds will be processed within ten business days through the original payment method. Refunds will follow the cancellation terms.

Verification and Scheduling:

  • Booking Confirmation: A confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours after successful booking.

  • Schedule Adjustments: If the preferred time slots are unavailable, alternative options will be provided, and a new confirmation will be sent.

  • Pre-Confirmation Cancellation: You may cancel your booking before receiving confirmation, and a full refund will be issued.

Additional Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations 3 or more days before the travel date: No cancellation fees.

  • Cancellations 1 to 3 days before the travel date: A 40% cancellation fee will be applied.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the travel date: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
