The manager will welcome your arrival at Mountain Whisper and a refreshing drink (non-alcoholic). You will be guided to follow certain regulations at the campsite, making your stay safer and comfortable. Later in the night, we can have a delicious dinner and quality time at the campsite.

Meal Menu
- Breakfast: Butter or jam with bread, served with tea or coffee. Aalu parantha or puri is served with tea or coffee, pickle, or curd. Omelette or poha is served with tea or coffee. Paratha, butter-jam, baked beans, and French fries with fruit salad, tea, or coffee.
- Lunch: Plain/jeera rice, dal/rajma (kadi pakora, rajma, dal makhani, dal tadka), salad, raita with dessert (Gulab jamun, kheer or Gajar ka halwa), pickle and papad. Chapati, rajma masala, sabji mix veg/aalu ghobi, raita, green salad, raita with sweet (Gulab jamun/Gajar halwa), aachar & papad.
- Snacks Time: Veg pakora/ Maggie/ French fries or cutlets with tea/coffee. Plain/jeera rice, dal/rajma (kadi pakora, rajma, dal makhani, dal tadka), salad, raita with dessert (Gulab jamun, kheer or Gajar ka halwa), pickle and papad. - By Air: Mountain Whisper; Kyarki is almost a distance of 38.6 kilometers via Hindolakhal Road from Dehradun Airport (Jolly Grant Airport). From the airport, you can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite.
- By Train: Yog Nagri railway station is the closest to the campsite; Mountain Whisper is approximately 33.1 kilometers away via Hindolakhal Road or Nh-34. Next, after reaching the railway station, you can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite.
- By Road: The Mountain Whisper campsite is in Kyarki, Rishikesh. It is 13.2 km from Laxman Jhula and 61.3 kilometers from Dehradun.
Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy:
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
