Basic Itinerary
Your arrival will be cherished at the Paddler Zone Camp with a refreshing welcome drink (non-alcoholic). Sooner will be attended by the campsite manager with certain guidance, do’s and don’ts that you may need to follow until your stay at the campsite. Meanwhile, you can explore the campsite and relax within your respective cottage or camp. In the dining area, you will be served a delicious lunch, and later, the evening will be followed by activities like games, swimming, DJ night, bonfire, and more. At night you can enjoy a tasty dinner and spend some time with your friends in the lush green garden of the campsite.
Leaving the campsite won’t be easy as the Paddler Zone Camp is the best and most comfortable place. On your check-out day, you can start your routine with brewed coffee or tea and explore the campsite. Meanwhile, breakfast will be served, and then you can pack up and leave the camp with beautiful memories for a lifetime and a promise to come back soon.

- Welcome Drinks: Juice or cold drinks and mineral water
- Evening Snacks or Bonfire Snacks: Mix veg pakode, peanut chat/chana chat, papad, salad.
- Morning Breakfast: Butter with butter/jam, potato-stuffed parantha/puri sabzi, omelet, or poha with tea or coffee.
- Lunch: Plain or jeera rice, curry (kadi pakora, rajma, dal makhani, dal tadka), salad, raita, and sweet dish (gulab jamun, kheer or gajar halwa), papad, and pickle.

How to Reach
- By Air: The Paddler Zone Camp is a beautiful property almost 32 kilometres from Dehradun Airport (Jolly Grant Airport). To reach the campsite, you must first get to Dhera Dun Airport (Jolly Grant Airport). You can take a private cab or taxi to the campsite here quickly.
- By Train: Yog Nagri railway station is the closest to the campsite; the Paddler Zone Camp is approximately 17.4 kilometres away via Nh-7. Next, after reaching the railway station, you can take a private cab or taxi to The Paddle Zone Camp campsite.
- By Road, the Paddler Zone Camp is located in Shivpuri, beside Chanakya Resort. It’s 10 km from Laxman Jhula via Nh 7 a and 53.4 kilometres from Dehradun.
Booking Terms & Policies
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your booking details.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy:
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 2 days before the scheduled date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking date is not permitted.
